Open Bridge - See Open Bridging Loan

Open Bridging Loan - A bridging loan with no specified term

Open Market Value - The price that a property would sell for on the open market.

Other Income - Income other than a Mortgage applicant's main salary or wage.

Outgoings - Another name for "expenses".

Overpayment - A payment made to a Mortgage balance over and above the minimum required payments. Not all mortgages allow for this.
