Higher Lending Charge - A fee charged by Mortgage Lenders to borrowers when the loan-to-value (LTV) ratio exceeds a certain level.

Home Buyer's Report - A combination of a property valuation and a survey designed to provide vital information to potential buyers of the property.

Home Information Pack - A bundle of information that must be provided by a seller of a property in England and Wales. The pack must include an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), a sale statement, searches and evidence of title.
